Full Privilege Equity Golf Membership
Full Equity Golf Membership offers full use of the golf course, Club, privileges, putting green and practice facility. This proprietary Membership has voting rights following turnover of the Club from the developer to the Members, and is not subject to recall by the Club. This Membership may be transferred to a son or daughter one time without payment of the transfer fee. This Membership may be placed on the “Sellers List” and re-issued in chronological order.
Membership Contribution: $2,500
2013 Dues: $395/month
Somersett Resident Privileges

Out of Area Golf Members
The Out of Area Golf Membership is for those who live and work more than 30 miles away from the Club. This membership is offered as a Winter Only or Annual Membership basis.
Out of Area Membership Options:

Out of Area Membership fees are payable in advance of enrollment.
Additional Notes
Equity, Mid-Week and Preview Golf Memberships may upgrade to use The Club at Town Center (pool, fitness, etc.) for an additional $90/month.

Non-Resident Social Membership
Designed for the Member looking to enjoy the social events at the Club and meet new people; Somersett Golf & Country Club’s Social Membership is the perfect choice. Social Members have access to The 19th Hole at the Clubhouse, access to all the Club’s non-golf activities and may play four times per year on the 18 hole championship course at Member Guest rate.
Monthly fee (Somersett Residents & Non-Residents): $25/month

Somersett Golf & Country Club is offering a selection of upgrades to the Social Membership. Upgrade fees are in addition to the standard Social Membership $25/month.

Junior Golf
The perfect option for those parents who don't golf but want to expose their children to golf.
Season pass (Current through December 31, 2013)
$1,200 per child for the entire season. Includes Junior Golf access to the 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Practice Facilities and Somersett Junior Golf Program for the designated child between date of enrollment and December 31, 2013.
Practice Facility
Bring your family up to work on their game. Full access to putting green and chipping green. Full access to Driving Range Tuesday-Friday and after 12:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Annual Fee: $840 ($70/month annually)
The Club at Town Center
Ideal for the family who wants the best of everything Somersett has to offer. Upgrade includes full access to The Club at Town Center including fitness, pool, tennis and Canyon 9 par-3 golf course.
Monthly Fee: $175
